Who we are

This site is operated by Elioud B.V., based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Elioud is part of the Spades Holding group. Spades Holding owns and runs the data systems used across the group and supervises strict compliance with Dutch and European law, including the GDPR. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Elioud B.V. within the Spades Holding group. When we say "you", we mean the person visiting the site or contacting us.

Refunds and cancellations

Our paid engagements involve dedicated time from Jan and the Elioud team that is reserved for you the moment you confirm. For that reason, fees paid to Elioud are non-refundable. The specifics per plan are below.

• Strategy Session (€1,500). Non-refundable once payment is confirmed. If you need to move the session, reach out and we will do our best to reschedule.
• Leadership Coaching (€2,500/mo, 6-month engagement). By starting the program you commit to the full six months. The total commitment is 6 × €2,500 = €15,000, billed quarterly upfront, and is non-refundable once the engagement has begun.
• Consultancy. Same principle as Coaching: fees already paid are non-refundable, and any remaining amount within the agreed engagement period stays due. To cancel future renewals, give written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Spades Academy add-on. Annual contract. Once the licences are issued the annual fee is non-refundable. You can choose not to renew by giving written notice before the end of the term.

To cancel a future renewal, or to discuss your situation, contact us through the contact page. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

How we treat your data

We collect only what we need. If you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email and message so we can reply. If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email and, optionally, your first and last name so we can send you what you signed up for. That is it.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data collected through this site is held within the Spades Holding group, which oversees how it is stored, accessed and protected. We use trusted European-friendly tools (such as Brevo) to send email, and we keep your details only as long as we have a reason to.

Because we operate from the European Union, we follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Spades Holding supervises strict compliance across the group, so you can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. The Privacy Policy goes into more detail.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, share and link to our pages. What you cannot do is scrape the site at scale, attempt to break or probe its security, reverse engineer it, or pass off our work as your own. The text, images, video, branding and code on this site belong to Elioud B.V. unless we say otherwise.

No guarantees on content

We work hard to keep what we publish accurate and useful, but the site is provided as-is. Articles, case studies and estimates are shared in good faith and should not be treated as formal advice for your specific situation. If you are about to make an important decision based on something you read here, talk to us first or seek qualified advice.

Third-party links and tools

Some pages link to third-party platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Maps, scheduling tools and so on). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for what happens once you click through.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add new features or our processes change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be settled by the competent court in Amsterdam.
